Sugarpea Body Scrubs & Lip Truffles are
all natural, with no synthetic
fragrances.
 
Refined sea salt and pure cane
sugar are used in the scrubs. A
healing combination of clover
honey, vitamin E, and essential
oils mixed with natural therapeutic
oils and butters make the perfect combination.
 
Sugar cane is known for being
a natural alpha hydroxy acid.
Sea Salt has anti-inflammatory properties,
which help draw out toxins from the body.
Both make excellent exfoliators.
 
The Six Oils:
 
  • Sweet Almond Oil: Is an excellent emollient and is considered extremely nourishing.

 

  • Grapeseed Oil: Is one of the lightest oils that is very easily absorbed.

 

  • Macadamia Oil: Is a fantastic regenerative oil.

 

  • Soya Oil: Is very high in Vitamin E and is exceptionally light on the skin.

 

  • Sunflower Oil: Is high in Vitamin A, D, and E.

  • Ricebran Oil: One of the best sources of tocotrienols, an antioxidant, helps fight and prevent UVA/UVB damage to the skin.



Additional Ingredients:

 

  • Pomegranate Oil: Is a very potent antioxidant. It is rich in polyphenols and helps fight free radicals. It restores pH balance and exhibits more antioxidant activity than comparable quanities of green tea, red wine and other antioxidant rich botanicals even when applied topically.

 

  • Rosemary Oleoresin: A natural extract that acts as a potent antioxidant and delays oxidation/rancidity in natural oils.
  • Shea Butter: A highly emollient butter that protects skin from UV rays, is deeply moisturizing and is fantastic in the Green Tea Sugar Scrub.
  • Sweet Almond Butter: A rich creamy butter high in proteins and Vitamin D used to soften and recondition dry skin. Works wonders injunction with the shea butter in the Green Tea Sugar Scrub.
  • Mango Extract: Prevents formation of wrinkles and drying of the skin. An extract that we add to the Green Tea Sugar Scrub.
  • Green Tea Extract: Rich in antioxidants, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, repairs effects of aging and environmental factors.
